Job Responsibilities
As a Driver, your main responsibility is to ensure safe, timely, and professional transportation. The key duties include:
- Safely operate the assigned vehicle (car, SUV, tempo, or commercial vehicle).
- Follow all traffic rules, road safety laws, and company policies.
- Pick up and drop off passengers, staff, or goods as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
- Perform daily vehicle checks such as fuel level, brakes, lights, engine oil, and tire pressure.
- Report any mechanical issues or required servicing to management immediately.
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid traffic delays.
- Maintain punctuality and time discipline.
- Keep all vehicle documents valid and updated.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers or goods at all times.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and respectful attitude with passengers, clients, and staff.
- Follow instructions given by supervisors or dispatch teams.
Required Qualifications

Educational Qualification
- Minimum education: 5th pass or above
- Ability to read basic road signs and instructions
- Basic understanding of Hindi (English knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory)
Driving License

- License must be government-approved and active
- Badge (if required for commercial driving)
Experience
